Ethiopian coffee ceremony
Open house-style event for visitors to witness and partake of coffee served in the Ethiopian style. Coffee originates in Ethiopia when, as the legend goes, a goatherder was inspired to experiment with the plant upon seeing his goat acting quite differently after feeding on a coffee plant.

Potluck + Music
All are invited to enjoy a potluck meal together and hear the voices of Oromo singers entertain us. All are encouraged to either bring something of their own culture to share or offer a monetary donation to the event organizers.
